PA.net (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides complimentary Guest Wi‑Fi access at participating locations. To make sign‑in quick and familiar, we allow visitors to authenticate using their Facebook accounts through the PA.net UniFi portal (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we receive from Facebook, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Receive
When you choose Continue with Facebook, Facebook shares limited profile data with us under the permissions you grant. Today we request:

3. Data Retention
- Session logs (name, MAC address, Facebook ID, IP address, timestamps) are retained for 90 days for security auditing and abuse investigation, then deleted or anonymized.
- Any email address provided is stored only while an open support ticket exists, then erased.

We share guest‑session records only:

- Automated log‑retention and deletion policies.
7. International Users
Our Wi‑Fi service and data centers are located in the United States. By connecting, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. and its processing under U.S. law.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have inadvertently received such data, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Guest Wi‑Fi after an update means you accept the revised policy.
